Notice: Transportation Information Following the Kumamoto Earthquake (As of July 30)2026.07.30

We would like to express our heartfelt sympathies to everyone affected by the Kumamoto earthquake that occurred on July 28. We sincerely hope for the safety of all those impacted and for a swift recovery of the affected areas.

We have received a number of inquiries from guests regarding transportation access to Harazuru Onsen.

As of July 30, access from Fukuoka City to Harazuru Onsen remains available. Expressways are open to traffic, and JR Kyushu local train services are operating between Hakata Station and our nearest station, Chikugo-Yoshii Station.

Please note that road conditions and train operations may change depending on the situation. We kindly ask guests to check the latest information on the official websites of NEXCO West Japan and JR Kyushu before traveling.

Our ryokan is operating as usual, and the Harazuru Onsen area has not been affected. However, we encourage all guests to prioritize their safety and make travel decisions based on the latest available information.
